I (heart) Kensington Expert Trackball Mouse Version 7
Pros: Customizable adult trackball with a super wrist rest.
Cons: Button Programming interface is not as easy as it could be, and it is expensive.
The Bottom Line: I really like this input device for the reasons I stated, and particularly because of the ergonomics. It isn't for neophytes, but I highly recommend it.
