A light- to medium-weight oil, it is often used for its protein-rich, lubricating, penetrating and odorless qualities. It contains a variety of vitamins and minerals, most notably Vitamins D and E. Sweet Almond Oil is good for all skin types. When used regularly it acts as an anti-irritant, anti-inflammatory, and anti-itching agent while it moisturizes, nourishes, softens and soothes the skin.
