Breville's Skinny New Grill Panini Press Offering
Pros: Looks good, heats quickly and gets very hot. Clever tilt, quality plates.
Cons: Doesn't open flat, the integrated drippings drawer (while smart) is small and front gets hot.
The Bottom Line: Overall good but not for pancakes, the cooking surface is too small because it doesn't fold out flat. Does a great job at cooking steak, chicken, or pressing sandwiches.
