Pros: Cleans easily. Makes great waffles. Audible signal. Visible light
Cons: Slow warranty replacement. Breaks easily. Poor customer service .
The Bottom Line: I recommend the appliance if you can buy locally with return privledges. If my experience with factory replacement is status-quo, you will appreciate a local return policy.
