Pros:  Small, pretty, not too expensive.

Cons:  Does not work with Netgear. May not work at all. Misleading advertising.

The Bottom Line:  Stay away if you have Netgear. Otherwise check compatibility before you buy - and make sure you buy from someone who takes returns easily.
