Pros:  Convenient, fresh, fluffy rice. Allows you to attend to the rest of your dinner.

Cons:  Price and size, but it looks much nicer than a crock pot.

The Bottom Line:  It cooks rice and oats to perfection, without the work. Clean up is simple. I'm very happy with this unit.
