WINE PROFILE Harvested: Mid-October 2001 Sugar Level: 24° Brix Bottled: October 2002 Release Date: January 2003 WINE INFORMATION Barrel Regime: The wine was aged 11 months in new (33%), one- year-old (23%) two-year old (22%), and three year-old (22%) French oak barrels (Barrique Aged). Key Varietal Components: 100% Pinot Noir Acid/pH: 0.60/3.65 Alcohol: 14.1% Residual Sugar: Dry Production: 10,000 cases. The wine is a deep garnet color. In the nose, aromas of tart cherry and raspberry meld with cedar and a touch of black pepper spice. In the mouth, the wine is smooth and medium-full bodied, with dried cherry, cranberry, and oak-spice flavors. The finish is of medium length. The solid structure of this wine will allow it to be enjoyed for the next three to five years after release..
