Pros: High Fidelity. Extreme portability of your music library.
Cons: In my opinion, number of songs which can be stored is exaggerated.
The Bottom Line: I am hooked. I will eventually transfer my entire audio collection. It's wonderful. Options are virtually endless. Fidelity is so much better than I expected.
