Chuck
Chuck is a complete gear head. Whether it’s tech toys, kitchen tools or sports gear, Chuck wants it all. He tends to shop for high quality products when it comes to his gear/toys.
However, he is on the frugal side when it comes to other items such as clothing and shoes. Since Chuck works at home these days, his wardrobe consists of t-shirts, REI Slickrock pants, fleeces and running shoes. Let’s just say he’s not going to win any fashion awards unless you like the super-casual, outdoor look.
Chuck has been shopping exclusively online shopping since 1998. He is completely lost when going to a brick and mortar store. In fact, he tends to freak out at a record shop or bookstore because of product overload and the lack of a search feature! He’s much more comfortable sitting in front of a computer and searching for products and reviews then deal with the noise and distractions of “real world” shopping.
Chuck is extremely thankful for stores with next day shipping and free returns (i.e. Zappos.com and Amazon) otherwise he would be forced to waste time and leave his residence to shop!
